Artist Bio

Dedication:  I first give all honor and praise to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, from whom all my blessings flow.  The ability to be able to draw and the desire to want to glorify him with every creation is something I will be eternally grateful for. 

Bio:  My background is a very simple one, with no professional training, but a God given talent and a love for drawing.  I am a Christian artist that has been drawing for over 30 years with a style that focuses on a lot of detail and a lot of shading in most of my work.  I really enjoy drawing people and I am a big sports fan.  Often I will combine the two and draw pictures of adults or children in their favorite sport.  Unlike some, I am an artist who does not have a photographic memory and do most of my drawing from pictures of the subject.  I can however, also draw pictures from still poses.

Some ideas utilized from my drawings range from creative logos, brochures, business cards, caricatures, coloring books, bible school/Sunday school material, CD covers, flyers, greeting card designs, murals and etc, to specialized designs.  I enjoy working with teachers in developing their ideas to be used in their teaching materials.  I have also created a line of Christian clipart that can be used for t-shirts or surfaces suited for heat transfers.  One of my desires in the near future is to setup at Christian events and do caricatures and show some of my ability as it relates to Christ. 

My talent is a blessing from God and all that I choose to do with it will be done as if it were for Christ himself.  So I strive each day to use my abilities in a way that will bring pleasure and glory to the Lord.   I look forward to serving you in the same manner.
